How long will it take to sell my house?
There are many factors which can affect the Cumulative Days On Market (CDOM)for any home. My advise is to contact me at your earliest convenience for a comprehensive analysis of sales in your neighborhood. History shows that homes priced in the 'show zone' sell quickly. Those priced too low will sell quickly but you obviously will not realize the true value of your home. If it is priced too high, it may sit on the market for an extended time. Remember, the buyer always determines the selling price of a property.
Why should I sell now? Isn't this a buyers market which will cause me to lose money?
It is ALWAYS a buyers market. They always determine the selling price in a real estate transaction. The seller only gets the process started.
